8 Week "Move Happy" Program

This strength training program is PERFECT for women who want to workout from the comfort of their own home with simple equipment. 


No need to be intimidated or unsure how to do a move! We guide you along in our workout videos where we demonstrate every move for you. So easy to follow along!


With a combination of upper body, lower body, total body and cardio workouts, this program is full of variety.


All workouts are fun and efficient, having you done in 30 minutes or less.


This program can grow with you as your fitness level improves. You will always have access to the membership portal and can repeat, increasing your reps or weight as many times as you'd like.


All you need is a moderate set of dumbbells (8-15 lbs) and a light set of dumbbells (3-5 lbs).

12 Week Total Body Blast

Designed for the woman who has the specific goal of toning. This program will help you build muscle, shred fat and tone throughout your entire body.


This program requires access to a variety of weights, light to heavy. Can be done from home if you have a rack and weights. 


We are polishing this program up now and it will be available in May!
